These students would be sent Luxury Hotels (Five star & Deluxe Properties) for internship. The study tour would be to international destinations to understand the global perspective. Campus interviews would be conducted, where the students would have an opportunity to become Hotel Operations Trainee or Management Trainee in the Luxury segment.

The students should have been from English medium schools with excellent communication skills and parents who would support the emotional, financial aspects for the growth of the student. This being an expensive proposition the student and parent are advised to understand the needs and environment required to develop a Global Manger in the most sophisticated and high profile industry.

Students & Parents are advised to understand the above training methodology to appreciate and assimilate to their benefit. The intensity in fine tuning the physical body, the emotional quotient and the mental quotient is painstaking & usually unbearable for the unprepared student. A strong determination and perseverance is required to excel as a manager & leader in this industry which is very demanding physically & mentally.

To inculcate & imbibe the best of virtues requires captive time and location, hence this program is 100% residential with strict time schedules, exercises (for physical endurance, organizational skills, social skills, leadership skills). The process and systems are defined to bring the required optimum result by the way one leads in life in these three years to graduate from the school.

Cuisine from different parts of the world are finely tuned to three meals and blended with regional food provided in the Hostel and students are cautioned that home made food will not be available. The Hostel food served would be bland compared to our personal taste. It would take at least an year to appreciate the food.

These have been specifically designed keeping the industry requirements and attitude transformational requirements. These would be available at the specified stores in Visakhapatnam.

Yearly Examinations conducted by the University (IGNOU) in the School by the supervision of University designated staff. The educational institute of American Hotel & Lodging examinations will be conducted as per the norms of AHLA & IGNOU. Every subject will have both internal & external marks. Internal marks are awarded on continues evaluation basis.
